"I have had very good experiences at Lake Cycle. I bought my first bike there from Jim in the early 70's My 90, a 305 dream and a CB350 all came from Lake cycle. I bought my first Touring bike there also.
Jeff also worked with my Son with his first bike,a 250 Rebel.My Son mowed grass, Jeff let him come in every week to pay on the little Rebel untill it my Son could take it home. "

" Just came in from the garage admiring my new VTX1800F and wanted to thank the staff at Lake Cycle for getting me back on a Honda. I always rode a Honda, but strayed and bought a Harley thinking it was "The Bike". Took me only 938 miles to realize my mistake. Dan and Lisa got me back on a Honda in a few short hours. "Jeff Bryner, Jeff when I was 16 years old, I wanted to buy a CB-350, Jim Merkner and I agreed on a price, Lake Cycle let me buy this without finance charges, I worked for my grandfather after school, and during the summer. Every week I would bring in a cash payment, every week for a year+, when it was down to the last payment for a 1970, Jim said no this is for a 1971. Lake Cycle taught me what hard work and a hometown caring Honda dealer with a heart was all about. This story is 38 years old, this kid carried that great ethic through the Libya Raid, Desert Storm and Kosovo. Thanks guys, sincerly glad you are still helping out the kids who want to ride.

"I bought a textile jacket, new helmet and gloves from Stefan and could not be more pleased with them or the service he provided. Stefan took the time to work with me and give me honest advice about everything. I've been in your store a few times and have stood around waiting for someone to ask if I needed help. The day I decided to buy my gear from your store, I just stopped in because I was in the area and was looking at the inventory. Stefan came right over when I walked in and asked if I needed help. He spent the better part of an hour talking to me about the different jackets and helmets, proper fit and safety. I felt incredibly well informed when I walked out. I've been back in a few times since then and no matter how busy the store is, he has always taken the time to make sure every question I have is answered and that I'm 100% satisfied. Thanks Stefan!

"I have bought three goldwings in the past 13 years. Two from Lake Cycle. It would have been three but back in 1993 they did not have a black one. Their sales staff is great to deal with. Next come the parts and service people. They get a pat on the back from me. Lake Cycle is an all around good place to buy a bike. They are not the least expensive in the area but they are the best. Sometimes quality cost a bit more. "
